There were cleanliness issues, like finding trash under the bed. The pool and arcade area was fun for the kids.

We arrived late at the hotel and found the front desk with a note saying they would return in 10 minutes, which turned into almost 30 minutes. The gentleman who eventually returned was very pleasant and apologetic. Despite the initial inconvenience, the location was convenient and the pool area was wonderful and relaxing. I'll recommend this hotel.

we found the location to be convenient and the bed to be comfortable. despite a broken heater, the hotel promptly provided us with another room.

the lobby is clean and the pool looked big. the hotel is near an outlet mall and not far from the airport. the check-in clerk was nice and the wifi worked well. they had a bar that my dad enjoyed.

Despite some initial issues with the room, the front desk quickly resolved the problem, and the breakfast attendant was helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and other amenities, with ample parking available. Wi-Fi was provided, which is always a plus.
The cleanliness of the rooms was a major disappointment. Mold in the bathrooms, dirty curtains and walls, and a general feeling of dampness made for an unpleasant stay.

Enjoyed the comfortable bed, fluffy comforter, and the convenience of having a pool. The room was nice for a business trip, and I felt at ease keeping an eye on my car the whole time.
